Breth Hermans joined contrast as a paralegal in September 2015. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team and has particular experience in corporate housekeeping.
Breth assisted the corporate and M&A team with several publication projects, such as the monograph ‘Share Purchase Agreements – Belgian Law and Practice’ (Bart Bellen, Intersentia, 2016), ‘M&A Kroniek / Chronique de jurisprudence en M&A (2000-2017)’ and two editions of the M&A Survey. In addition, she also co-authored a contribution in the report book of the VPG Study Cycle 2020 on representations and warranties.
Breth holds a bachelor degree in Legal Practice from UC-Leuven Limburg (UCLL). She speaks Dutch, English and French.
