Ever since contrast embraced the UN’s sustainable development goals, the five P’s have served as a touchstone for both our strategic decisions and our day-to-day. The principles are strongly embedded and carried by the whole team.

We are very proud to have received our first certificate in June 2025 and our second certificate in June 2026.
People
Work-life balance sounds strange, as work makes up such a large part of life. We prefer work-private balance. Keeping the equilibrium entails everything from a healthy workplace to continuous learning and an inviting feedback culture.

What?
A dedicated quiet room is available for various needs, including first aid, confidential conversations, breastfeeding, prayer or taking a moment of rest.
How?

Sport and physical wellbeing
What?
Sports activities such as football, padel, running and summer ping-pong tournaments.
How?
By being active we strengthen our physical health and boost our team spirit.

Biodiversity
Flower garden and insect hotel
What?
The installment of an insect hotel, but also planting bee and butterfly-proof flowers in our garden.
How?
With the help of our gardening team the biodiversity in our garden grew stronger.
When?
The insect hotel was installed in 2025 and the flower patches were planted in 2026.
Energy consumption
Charging stations for electric vehicles
What?
On our spacious car park, colleagues and clients have the possibility to charge their car or bicycle at one of our charging stations.
How?
We installed four charging ports for electric cars and one for electric bicycles.
When?
A couple years ago.
Sharing knowledge
Workshops and guest lectures
What?
We host several workshops and guest lectures in collaboration with student organisations, universities and higher education colleges.
How?
Interactive sessions on legal topics relevant to paralegals and law students, covering AI and legal tech tools, contract drafting, and many other practical legal skills.
When?

How?
We do this through financial contributions and team initiatives.

Digitalisation
What? Improving economic productivity through innovation and technological modernisation. This enables us to deliver legal advice in a more efficient, transparent, and client-focused manner.
How? Key efforts include developing digital workflows, improving data management and automation, and piloting new tools to enhance efficiency, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the firm.
When? This is a continuous project.
IT
Cybersecurity awareness
What? Strengthen cybersecurity awareness and resilience across the firm through continuous employee training, phishing simulations, and targeted security education.
How? Using a dedicated platform to provide tailored cybersecurity training and awareness campaigns for all associates, advanced learning paths, AI-related security training and regular IT tips.
When? Over the years, this platform has contributed to a continuous improvement in cybersecurity awareness.
