contrast coordinates comments on draft Guide of Belgian NCA regarding information exchange
contrast was asked by the Association of Belgian Competition Lawyers to coordinate the activities of a working group appointed to gather comments on a recent initiative of the Belgian NCA. The initiative consists of a draft Guide regarding the exchange of information, with particular focus on industry associations. The comments were submitted last Friday and are part of the stakeholders input that the NCA will take into consideration for a next draft of the Guide.
