This year’s Closed Workshop was dedicated to vertical agreements, with an exchange of views on online sales, object infringements and discount policies. The guest speakers were Luc Peeperkorn, Josefine Hederstroem, Gabor Gal and Ekaterina Rousseva, members of the Policy and Strategy Unit of DG Competition. The Closed Workshop was attended by competition law specialists from 19 Member States. The minutes of the Closed Workshop will be published by Intersentia.
