ππ©ππππ: Omnibus I has been published in the Official Journal of the EU and will enter into force 20 days from now. The transposition deadlines have also been fixed, to 19 March 2027 for CSRD amendments and 26 July 2028 for CSDDD amendments. You can find the publication here.
