The M&A Chronicle provides a comprehensive overview of Belgian case law in M&A related matters. After the first edition, which covers the period 2000-2017, our corporate and M&A team has now prepared a second edition covering the period 2017-2024. Speaking of insights, we are also excited to announce that we are gearing up to start our research for the 𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌&𝐀 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 this summer! The M&A Survey identifies the recurring elements in M&A transactions and the actual terms and conditions commonly used in those transactions. The 6th edition will cover the period 2020-2025.
