Last week, our competition partner Herlinde Burez teamed up with Paul Bridgeland (European Commission) to present the main changes introduced by the VBER and the Vertical Guidelines in 2022 at the webinar ‘VBER Modernisation’.
 
Paul and Herlinde also shared their views on the issues and challenges presented by Alexandru Șotropa of the platform eMAG and Aida Sandulache of the pharmaceutical company Servier.
 
The discussion focused a.o. on dual distribution, platforms with a hybrid role and dual pricing.
 
The webinar was organised by the Romanian Competition Law Association (ARCON) and Editura Universul Juridic.
