Biography
Ine Schockaert is counsel at contrast. She specialises in corporate law and assists clients with (multi-jurisdictional) corporate restructurings and (cross-border) M&A transactions. She is also active in general business law matters.
Ine has contributed to the book ‘Share Purchase Agreements – Belgian Law and Practice’ (Antwerp/Cambridge, Intersentia, 2016) and the ‘M&A Kroniek / Chronique de jurisprudence en M&A (2000-2017)’, a review of 18 years of M&A related jurisprudence published by TRV/RPS in 2019. She has authored various other publications in the field of corporate law and M&A and also regularly speaks at seminars and trainings.
