Biography
As partner at contrast and as specialist in commercial and distribution law, Milena Varga heads our commercial team.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial law, including complex contractual matters, unfair trade practices, supply agreements, distribution networks and related competition law issues.
Milena has particular expertise in the retail sector, supporting retail chain operators in shaping and managing their network.
In her field of expertise, Milena is also active in litigation and has represented clients before the Belgian and European courts. She is also an accredited mediator.
Milena regularly speaks and publishes on commercial and distribution law topics. She also serves on the editorial board of a leading Belgian law review, Tijdschrift voor Belgisch Handelsrecht / Revue de Droit Commercial Belge.
