You will advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, ranging from M&A transactions and corporate restructurings to governance and strategic advisory work. This role combines high-quality legal work, direct client contact, significant autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and complex matters.
