On 19 April 2018 Bart Bellen gave an introductory course on M&A at the University of Ghent, upon invitation of Professor Hans De Wulf. The students were introduced in the process, basic steps and main legal challenges of a typical M&A process, illustrated by the results of the M&A Survey.
