In collaboration with LCM Student Association and VRG, contrast organized its annual corporate day in Leuven. More than 50 enthusiastic students from both the law faculty and other faculties participated in our M&A workshop. First they analysed a due diligence report and then negotiated a share purchase agreement in the afternoon. Congratulations to Mathias Deceuninck, Shani Dooms and Jeff Malcorps, three members of the winning negotiation team and to Barbara Alliet and Andreas Belderbos for winning a special acknowledgement as best non-lawyer negotiator!
