Bart Bellen held a guest lecture on representations and warranties in M&A deals at the University of Ghent as part of professor Christoph Van der Elst’s ‘Grondige studie handelscontracten’ class. A special thank you to the group of 140 students for making this such an interactive session. The students with the most interesting questions received a copy of our book ‘Share Purchase Agreements – Belgian Law and Practice’.
