When conducting legal research, it’s crucial to follow these steps to ensure accuracy and effectiveness:

𝟏. 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬
✔️ 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬: Always start with reputable legal databases such as Strada lex, Jura, Concurrences, PaRR,.. and the knowledge database at your law firm. Official databases such as EUR-Lex, KBO or Juridat are also great as primary sources of information in Belgium. These sources provide verified and up-to-date information.

𝟐. 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
✔️ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧: Outline your research objectives and the questions you need to answer.
