Practice-oriented monograph on distribution agreements in Belgium and The Netherlands published by Larcier
As part of a unique pan-European project, Publisher Larcier has just released a monograph (662 p.) dealing with distribution agreements in Belgium and The Netherlands. The publication is modelled after "Vertical Agreements In EU Competiton Law", authored by Frank Wijckmans and Filip Tuytschaever and recently published by Oxford University Press. For the Dutch publication contrast teamed up with the Dutch specialists of the law firm Banning. More local monographs that form part of this pan-European project are expected within the coming weeks. "Distributieovereenkomsten" is now available in the contrast bookshop.
