Over the past months, we have shared regular updates on the launch by our corporate and M&A team of the 6th M&A Survey, a periodic analysis of Belgian M&A practices and prevailing industry standards.

The new M&A Survey is based on deals reported by more than 100 of Belgium’s leading investment companies, financial service firms and law firms. It covers more than 500 deals signed between 2020 and 2025 with a combined deal value exceeding 28 billion euros.

Today, we are pleased to see the Survey take physical form as well. The M&A Survey booklets are now available and will soon be on their way to all contributors and everyone who ordered one.
