Kristof De Wael is counsel at contrast. He specialises in corporate law and M&A. In addition, he advises clients on a wide range of business law matters and represents clients in front of courts in litigation matters.
Kristof is a co-author of the 6th Edition of the M&A Survey, published by contrast in April 2026 and has authored various other publications in leading law reviews. In addition, he is a regular speaker at seminars and trainings.
