The contrast M&A Survey is published in Belgium’s leading corporate law review, Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap / Revue pratique des sociétés (TRV-RPS nr. 2017/3 van 15 mei 2017). For subscribers, the article is available here.
You can also order a booklet with all the results of the Survey. The fourth M&A Survey concerns the period 2012-2016 and was realized with the support of 74 partners (investment companies, financial service providers and law firms). It covers more than 300 transactions with a total value of almost 15 billion euro.
