Commercial update: 'Payment by consumers' and 'Distance contracts'

💡 Important changes to the Belgian Code of Economic Law 💡
 
👀 Yesterday, the plenary session of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives adopted the draft law ‘containing various provisions on economy’. The law contains numerous changes including 3 important adaptations to the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
 
🔎 In a previous post, we already mentioned the proposed changes to the Law on Precontractual Information in the context of Commercial Collaboration Agreements (Book X, Title 2 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). In addition, Book VI, sections 'Payment by consumers' and 'Distance contracts' are also subject to amendment.
