Bart Bellen and Kristof De Wael of our corporate team gave a guest lecture to a group of ca. 40 international students attending the International Mergers & Acquisitions course at the University of Antwerp yesterday (see pictures here). This lecture provided the students with insights on customary clauses in a share purchase agreement.
