Belgiumโs agriculture and food supply chain regulations have undergone a significant update with the recent adoption of a new Royal Decree.
Here are the key points:
๐๐ก๐๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐ง๐๐ฐ? The Decree adds to the โblackโ and โgreyโ lists of unfair market practices that are (deemed to be) unlawful pursuant to articles VI.109/5-6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
๐๐ก๐จ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐? The Royal Decree applies to the agricultural and food supply chain, between suppliers with an annual turnover not exceeding 350 million euro and their customers.
