Over the past months, our corporate and M&A team has been working on the launch of the 6th M&A Survey, a periodic analysis of Belgian M&A practices and prevailing industry standards.

The latest edition is based on deals reported by more than 100 of Belgium’s leading investment companies, financial service firms and law firms. It covers more than 500 deals signed between 2020 and 2025 with a combined deal value in excess of 28 billion euros.

𝐀 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• At the end of April, we launched the 6th M&A Survey and shared our insights with the contributors during a live event;
• In May, we organised an online “lunch bite” session for contributors who could not attend our live event;
• Yesterday, we organised a second online “lunch bite” with key highlights for selected clients and other connections.
