Use of languages in corporate matters

In the course of the summer, D.A.O.R. published a French article by Bart Bellen, Ine Schockaert and Marthe Wouters regarding the use of languages in corporate matters.  This concludes a series of four articles in which we argue for the introduction of a more flexible language regime for Belgian companies, to complete the overall modernization and flexibility brought by Belgium’s new Code of Companies and Associations.
