Today, Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap - Revue pratique des sociétés (TRV/RPS), Belgium’s most important corporate law review, published the first edition of the “M&A Chronicle” (M&A Kroniek – Chronique de Jurisprudence en M&A). The M&A Chronicle is the result of a research project that started 3 years ago at contrast and was prepared by our corporate and M&A team in collaboration with our co-author Didier Leclercq. The M&A Chronicle provides an overview of Belgian case law in M&A related matters. The first edition covers all published case law for the period 2000-2017.
